Go Beyond

Every August, Nightingale Education Group hosts its annual Flame Forward! conference filled with hundreds of dedicated collaborators from across the country for three days of learning, development, and building community. Flame Forward! is a time for each collaborator to reconnect with our mission and vision, and to reflect on the accomplishments we have made as an organization. By taking a break from our busy schedules, Flame Forward! allows us to focus on developing and improving ourselves. It also serves as a reminder of why the work we do is so important. Our hope for each year is that every collaborator leaves the conference feeling inspired, refreshed, and ready to ‘Go Beyond' their goals!
